Buying & Price
How do I get the Salzburg Card?+
You book it online via Tiqets and immediately receive a digital voucher by e-mail, which you exchange on arrival for the physical Salzburg Card. You can do this at the Tourist Info at Mozartplatz, the main railway station or the airport, among other locations. More details under Prices.
Which durations are available?+
The card is available in three durations: 24, 48 or 72 hours. Choose the duration that suits your visit when you book.
How much does the Salzburg Card cost?+
The card is available in three durations: 24, 48 or 72 hours, each for adults and children aged 6 to 15. The current price for your chosen option is shown live in the booking widget; all options are listed under Prices.
Is there a children''s price?+
Yes. Children aged 6 to 15 pay a reduced price, selectable as a separate option in the booking widget. Children under 6 generally do not need their own card.
Is the Salzburg Card worth it?+
In most cases, yes -- even three or four visits cover the cost. Visiting Hohensalzburg Fortress, one of the Mozart houses and the House of Nature, plus a ride on the Untersberg cable car, already adds up to more than the card price when bought individually. See the Attractions page to work out which duration suits you best.

Only the physical card grants entry, so allow a little time for the exchange.
